Purchasing from Falcon Eyes

All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchase by other customers.

Shipping & Collections
You will be informed with the estimated delivery time when you place your order with us online. Our teams will try their best to ship the purchased items on or earlier than the estimated delivery time.
Every items from our website/online store will be included with free local shipping (through Hong Kong Post office / UC express / SF express), for international shipping (most of the countries are offered with free international shipping) please contact us in order to find out the exact shipping cost in your area if the shipping cost doesn't show up during the check out.
****As we are shipping from Hong Kong / China, international customers are responsible to pay incurred import tax to collect the parcels, otherwise refund is not possible.***
Warranty
Falcon Eyes offers 1-year warranty for products purchased on falconeyeshk.com, we provide free parts & service for items covered within the warranty period. Note that shipping cost is not included with the warranty if items need to be returned, or items/parts need to be shipped.
(For Falcon Eyes items purchased on other online platform as eBay / Amazon will not be offered with warranty from falconeyeshk.com)
Please contact your sellers to check with warranty status before your purchase.
Unsatisfactory & Return / Exchange Policy
If you receive item(s) that are unsatisfactory or not as described on our website, please contact us to request a return for credit or an exchange. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
Here are the procedures to follow:

Please email sales@falconeyeshk.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We may request images or videos as proof before approving the return.
2. Return Timeframe
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
A tracking number for the return shipment must be provided.
All item(s) must be returned in their original condition.
If the items are not in original condition, a return for credit or exchange may not be possible.
4. Return for Credit or Exchange
-Return for Credit: Once the returned item(s) are received and accepted, we will issue a store credit that can be used for future purchases.
-Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) once the return is processed.
-If you wish to exchange for a different product, please inform us in advance so we can discuss the options.
